Mendin works to make the website and digital services accessible to people with disabilities, according to Israeli Standard 5568 and WCAG level AA guidelines.
The accessibility options button appears in the site corner and can also be opened with the Alt+A keyboard shortcut. The options are saved in the user's browser and can be reset at any time.
The site includes products, images and personalizations that are updated continuously. Information received from external suppliers, older images or files uploaded by users may require alternative-text correction or additional adjustments. If you encounter an issue, we will be happy to receive a report and handle it as soon as possible.
When reporting an accessibility issue, it is recommended to include the page address, type of issue, browser or device, and assistive technology used if relevant.
