Every customizable product includes a live preview: type the name or dedication, choose color and lettering style, and see the result on the product before adding it to the cart. For more complex customizations, such as a logo or special design, we also send an approval mockup by email before production starts.
An approval mockup is an accurate simulation of your customization that we prepare after receiving the order. For orders with a logo, uploaded file or special design, production starts only after you approve the mockup.
A personalized gift enters production after the order is approved, and for special customizations after the approval mockup is approved. The exact delivery estimate appears on each product page near the delivery and pickup options. If the gift is for a near event date, write to us before ordering and we will check the timing together.
Right after ordering, we send a confirmation email with a personal tracking link. Through it you can see where the order stands from intake through delivery. If you sign in to your account with the same email, all your orders appear there in one place.
Yes. Payment is processed through a secure external payment page over an encrypted connection. Full card details are not stored with us and do not pass through the site. If you prefer, you can choose coordinated order and settle payment directly with us.
