Using the site

The site is intended to present Mendin products, receive orders, manage personalization, provide quotes and communicate with customers. Use the site in good faith, provide accurate details, and do not perform any action intended to disrupt the site or harm third-party rights.

Products, personalization and availability

Mendin offers personalized gifts, Judaica, textile items and business gifts. Some products include embroidery, engraving, embossing, printing, decorations, logos or another customization chosen by the customer.

Product descriptions, images, prices, customization options, preparation times and inventory are shown as accurately as possible, but changes may occur due to inventory, handmade work, screen differences, raw materials or supplier availability. If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and offer an alternative, updated delivery time or cancellation according to law.

Prices and payment

Prices on the site are displayed in Israeli shekels and include VAT where required by law. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before order approval. Online charges are processed through a secure payment provider; Mendin does not store full credit card details on the site.

When a coordinated order is selected, or when a product requires a quote, no immediate charge is made until details are arranged and approved with the customer.

Shipping and pickup

Shipping and pickup options, preparation times and costs are displayed on the site according to product and order type. Delivery times are reasonable estimates and do not include delays outside מנדין (מעשה רוקם)'s control, such as carrier load, force majeure or missing delivery details.

Cancellations and returns

Transaction cancellation and product returns are subject to the cancellation and returns policy and applicable Israeli law. Products manufactured or customized especially according to the customer's choice may be subject to exceptions to cancellation rights under applicable law.

Intellectual property and customer content

All intellectual property rights on the site, including design, text, images, interface and customizations that do not belong to the customer, are reserved to Mendin or the relevant rights holders. A customer who uploads text, a logo, a file or an image represents that they have permission to use it and that its use does not infringe third-party rights.

Limitation of liability

The site and services are provided for reasonable use and according to availability. Mendin will work to fix malfunctions, inaccuracies or service issues as soon as possible, but does not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption at all times.

Public catalog assistant in ChatGPT

Mendin may offer a public, read-only connection in OpenAI's ChatGPT that presents information already published on the site: active products, categories, personalization options, FAQs and product-page links. The public connection cannot sign in to an account, view orders or personal details, access admin tools, place an order or change information in Mendin.

ChatGPT responses assist with catalog discovery and understanding; they do not replace the product page, checkout or an approved quote. The binding price, availability, personalization options and purchase terms are those shown in Mendin at the time of action. If no valid price is published, a quote is required and the item must not be treated as free or as priced at NIS 0.

OpenAI Terms of Use

Private admin connection to OpenAI's ChatGPT

An authorized administrator may connect their personal ChatGPT account to Mendin. The connection may send ChatGPT the admin results requested by that administrator, including order and customer details, amounts, statuses, quotes, reminders and catalog information. It does not provide unrestricted database access: Mendin exposes only defined tools and permissions, and every read is checked against the administrator's identity.

ChatGPT may prepare an action proposal only when action access has been enabled for that administrator. A proposal does not change the store; execution requires opening Mendin, completing two-factor verification and approving the exact change on the site. OpenAI's terms and privacy policy apply to the conversation and information processed in the ChatGPT account. An administrator using an individual account is also responsible for that account's data settings and for minimizing information that is not required for the task.
