Cancelling a distance sale

As a general rule, in a consumer distance sale, cancellation may be requested within 14 days from receiving the product or receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later, subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and its exceptions.

When cancellation is not due to a defect or mismatch, cancellation fees may be charged according to law, up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower. Return shipping may apply to the customer unless the case involves a defect or mismatch.

Personalized products

For products manufactured or customized especially according to the customer's choice, such as embroidery, engraving, embossing, printing, logo, personal text or dedicated design, cancellation rights may not apply after production or customization has started, according to law. Before work begins, we try to present the customization details and price clearly.

Defect or mismatch

If a defective product or a product that does not match the order is received, contact us as soon as possible with the order number, description of the issue and a photo where possible. In the event of a defect or mismatch, we will work to repair, replace or refund according to law and the circumstances.

Refund method

A refund, where due, will be made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, using the same payment method used for the transaction where possible, and subject to returning the product when required.

Common exceptions

  • Products manufactured or customized especially according to the customer's request.
  • Products used in a way that does not allow reasonable return.
  • Products damaged after they were delivered to the customer.
  • Products for which the law provides a specific exception to cancellation rights.
